It depends on your appetite! We recommend a minimum of 2 pizzas for every 3 people.

Speck is similar to bacon. The main difference is that speck has a higher ratio of fat to meat content, compared to bacon which has a higher ratio of meat to fat.

Scarmoza is cheese, made from smoked cows milk mozzarella.

Sopressa is our spicy salami.

We can add or remove singular ingredients from your entire pizza, but cannot do half and half of different pizzas.

You are welcome to order a gluten free base for any Johnny Gio's pizza. Please note that while we use dedicated gluten free tools to make your pizza, we cannot guarantee there will be no cross contamination as all pizzas are cooked together in the same brick oven.
